General terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Revolution Sports and consumers who buy goods through our shop. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

  1. The offers on the Internet are a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
  2. In entering your details and clicking on the Order button you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. However, you can also make a binding purchase order by telephone or fax.
  3. The confirmation of receipt that is sent immediately by email or fax confirms both that your offer is accepted and that the purchase contract is therefore concluded. In the case of a telephone order the purchase contract comes about if we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of your Order Details
We will save your purchase order with the details of the contract that has been concluded (e.g. nature of the product, price, etc.). We will send you the T&Cs, but you can also view the T&Cs on our website at any time after concluding the contract.
As a registered customer, you can access your order history through the customer login area (My Account).

§ 4 Customer Information: Corrections
You can correct any entries at any time before sending the order by using the Clear button. We will inform you of other correction options as you go through the order process. You can also cancel the order process entirely at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Costs of Return in the Event of Cancellation
In the event of cancellation you must bear the standard costs of return.

§ 6 Reservation of Title
The purchase item remains our property until payment is received in full.

§ 7 Warranty
The warranty is governed by statutory provisions.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability
We reject any liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty provided that these do not concern essential contractual obligations, claims arising from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the German Product Liability Act. The same applies for breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and legal representatives. Our essential contractual obligations include in particular the duty to deliver the item to you and procure title to it for you. We must also procure the item for you free of defects and deficiencies in title.
