The TOURMALINE is our Mountain Bike Hardtail that is specifically designed for long distance endurance missions. The dimensions and our frame manufacturing process ensures excellent vibration dampening characteristics for very good comfort on long and challenging rides.
You can also race on the TOURMALINE. Our prototype bike has won several races and was ridden by Markus Werner, the former MTB Cross-Country and Marathon Champion of Germany (2014/2015 in the masters class).
The carbon fiber frame construction of the TOURMALINE is similar to the IOLITE. However, the new Tourmaline Plus has the possibility to be ridden as 29er bike or 650B+ bike. By designing the frame with the new Boost Standard rear section, we make sure that the bike is compatible with all important wheel and transmission standards.
The geometry of the TOURMALINE has been optimized for trail riding in challenging terrain. The slacker head angle and shorter chainstays in comparison to the IOLITE model are the foundation for a great riding experience in various conditions. Especially, on steep descents you appreciate the neutral and safe handling. We call this R.A.M. geometry. Ride and Race All Mountain.

TOURMALINE frames can be individually fitted and constructed to your body measures. The Full Custom Option also entails the fitting of the bike to your individual needs when it comes to ride characteristics. From a race oriented geometry through a comfort oriented geometry all the way to a travel bike geometry for extremely long rides our portfolio offers optimization potentials which are based on bio-mechanic principles.
